Do you feel the quiet, relentless pressure to "keep it together" - always working, always pushing, yet still missing the connection to your true self? You don't have to carry that weight alone. This program is a journey to reclaim your clarity, build the inner strength to handle life's biggest challenges, and show up fully, honestly, and powerfully in the relationships and legacy that truly matter. WYSER Me is a program that guides men through introspection and learning activities designed to help each man find his WYSER self. All members of have full access to this transformational program (which is included as part of your membership subscription).

The WYSER Me program comprises 12 Modules, each with 4 learning exercises. Men may choose to complete the program at their own pace - taking less or more time as appropriate to their wants and circumstances. Men may also choose to complete the program in any order (depending on their Pain, Gain or Train priorities at the time of joining WYSER Men's Group).
